Installation & Training

In order to support your investment in our products and services, we offer comprehensive training both on-site and by telephone, to help you maximise the benefits of our products.

Our support team is available to assist you from your initial enquiry to becoming a BACS user, right until our software is installed and operational at your site.

On the day of installation our engineer will:

  • Install iConnect
  • Create and configure the required profile(s), such as Direct Debits, Supplier Payments and Monthly Payroll
  • Configure and test your IP connection to BACS
  • Submit to BACS one or more test submissions
  • Train your staff on the use of the software
